Qualified applicants will have:

Prior hands-on experience with property maintenance, carpentry, punch and turn-key, or other related construction trades is a real plus.
Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
Professional representative of the company on the job site.
Team player. Focused on Safety.
Ability to organize inventory, paperwork, and process electronic payments.
Good communication, professionalism, problem solving skills, and critical thinking.
All employees must be able to pass a background check.
Clear drug screen.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be dependable.
Bilingual in Spanish is a real plus.
