The All Weather Contractors team provided the Addison Landing Luxury Apartments with a custom built dog spa for their furry-four-legged residents. Completed in 2022, the project received a 5 star rating from residents within the community.
In 2019, our team was able to provide Altis Grand Central with air conditioning for over 300 units. In a 10 story structure overlooking downtown Tampa, Florida, the building housed both retail and residential spaces.
The Ashley Square is a six-story tall building located in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Collaborating with our professional HVAC team, we provided an install of Carrier infinity systems with dehumidification controls, a DOAS unit, and garage evacuation systems for the facility. The project was completed in 2022, and the senior living community now receives filtered and pure air conditioning in all 120+ units and other rooms.
The Brookstone Living Facility collaborated with our team to bring residents upgrades to their laundry facilities, HVAC systems and elevators. Our team was able to provide these renovations for Tallahassee residents in 2017.
Our team was able to install HVAC systems in over 70 units at Delphin Downs, providing them with the air conditioning they need to stay cool in Pensacola, Florida year round.
Our team provided the Eagles Hammock Community with full plumbing installation services in 2020. This included installing a new water heater, hot water tank, and drain lines throughout the entire complex.
The Kensley Apartments in Orange Park, Florida are enjoying a more modern space thanks to our professional team’s interior construction expertise. We are proud to have assisted with everything from individual unit remodels to a complete clubhouse renovation and an additional 300 unit window replacement project.
The Ocean Groves Condominiums in Ponte Vedra not only receive regular property maintenance from All Weather Contractors, but our construction team also assisted the residential community with their stucco walls, roofing, and concrete pouring in 2022.

The Richmond America Homes collaborated with our team to upgrade their HVAC systems. We were able to provide them with the necessary air conditioning and purification to keep their residential community in tip-top shape.
The All Weather Contractors team completely transformed the Savoy at Southwood with their interior remodeling and exterior renovations. From light fixtures to roofing, our team was able to transform over 250 units in the outdated building into a beautiful new space for Tallahassee, Florida residents.
Our woodworking team at All Weather Contractors, collaborated with the Seaquest Condominium Association of Jacksonville to create a beautifully crafted decks for the exterior of their condo units.
Our team collaborated with the Sunrise of Jacksonville to ensure their exterior repair project was completed on time and within budget. The project was completed in 2021 and extended across 100 units in the Bay Meadows community of Jacksonville, Florida.
The Victor Verdae in Greenville, South Carolina, received a complete interior remodel from experts at All Weather Contractors. From the clubhouse to over 150 units, our team worked diligently to bring this community a beautiful transformation.
The Westland Park Apartments collaborated with our experienced team of contractors to rebuild the patio spaces for several 3-story units. This project was completed in 2019 and was intended to increase the overall safety and enjoyment for the residents of the apartment complex in Orange Park, Florida.
The All Weather Contractors team spruced up the exterior of the Bluestar Crossings apartments located in Kansas City, Missouri with some fresh paint. The property has 3 stories with 124 units and looks almost unrecognizable with the refreshed exterior.
The team of professionals at All Weather Contractors completed renovations to modernize Heron Lakes Apartments in Mobile, Alabama. The property has 2 stories with 52 units. The renovations ranged from the kitchen, bathrooms, living area upgrades and more.
