Technical Support and Service From Within
All Weather Contractors offers a wide range of technical services and support for all of our employees and operating groups within the company. We provide hardware, software, help desk support, internal/external website design, and advanced technology solutions to our employees so they can deliver superior service to our customers.
- PMERP: Sage 300CRE
- Project Management: Procore
- Design: AutoCAD
- Extensive use of Microsoft 365 suite of products (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Primary Operating System (laptops & desktops): Windows 10/11
- Primary Network: Microsoft/Hyper-V
- Network Hardware: Meraki/Cisco
- Multi-point fiber from datacenter to two office locations
- Remote Connectivity: RDS with multiple shares
- Extensive use of low-voltage security systems
- HP Plotter

Qualified applicants will have:
- Work experience in one of the support services groups: HR, Safety, I.T., Fleet.
- Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams.
- Ability to be organized and handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to get along with all types of people, across all levels of the organization.
- The ability to pass a background check.
- Clear drug screen.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be dependable.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a real plus.
