Qualified applicants will have:

Prior hands-on experience with multi-family HVAC commercial grade installations necessary.
Ability to organize materials, keep job site organized and work with other trades on site.
Must have your own tools and gauges.
Understand all phases of commercial HVAC installation.
Team player. Ability to get along with all trades.
Focused on Safety.
Professional representative while on the job site.
Good communication, problem solving skills, and critical thinking.
All employees must be able to pass a background check.
Clear drug screen.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be dependable.
