Qualified applicants will have:

Experience in the multi-family construction industry.
Ability to organize inventory, paperwork, and process electronic payments.
Good communication, professionalism, problem solving skills, and critical thinking.
All employees must be able to pass a background check.
Clear drug screen.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be dependable.
Bilingual in Spanish is a real plus.
Working knowledge of multi-family renovation projects a real plus.
Ability to supervise or manage subcontractors and visit job sites necessary.
